Mill Valley Consolidated Open Mess - Description and Pictures

Building 218, Consolidated open mess: This building is 75 feet long and 25 feet wide and is composed of one story. It has a hip roof with an overhang and is clad with the dark wood siding typical throughout the base. The structural system is wood framing over a concrete slab foundation. This building has been heavily damaged by weather and vandalism.

The interior consists principally of one large room. Along the long east wall there are several small windows which offer magnificent views of San Francisco and the Bay. There is a raised stage floor near the north east end of the building. There is a bar at the south west end of the building.
